An Animal for my Animals!
Review of Dyson DC 08 Origin by honey000

Advantages: Compact, effective, cheap!
Disadvantages: Stops working if overfilled

...and found at 247appliances.com a Dyson animal for a staggeringly low £135! Much cheaper than the deals on Ciao! (top tip do a search on Kelkoo - Dysons are much cheaper now than they were!) I ordered the Dyson and it arrived at 7.30 in the morning. Now as it happened this was the day after the cleaner had been but kindly Rocky had brought in a robin so there were feathers everywhere! So I tested the Dyson - it was brilliant - minimal effort and ...
...wood floors and laminates! If you take the head off you can also use it on furniture, It is compact and very easy to store - fits under our stairs! It is also light and easy to move around and it comes with a normal head and a mini head. One word of warning - make sure that you empty it frequently - preferably don't let it get more than half full - it stops it working so well. I am happy, my cleaner is happy and the cats are happy and we have ... Read review

Dyson not hoover
Review of Dyson DC 14 ALL Floors Silver&white&yello by Senter104

Advantages: Power, vaersatility, suction
Disadvantages: weight (minor disadvantage)

Having own the original style Dyson some years ago, I had an idea what to expect with the acquisition of the DC 14 when my old hoover's wheels literally came off (wasn't a Dyson by the way). The new Dyson clicked together in a few minutes, I even followed the instructions, and within a minute of registering the Dyson on line for the 5 year guarantee I was hoovering away. The DC 14 boasts some excellent features not least the 1400 w of suction which ...
...waste management system on the Dyson is again a triumph of style and simplicity over hygiene. By grasping the handle of the clear waste tube and clicking the button with your thumb, it comes away in one unit and a simple press of the button unlatches the bottom and the waste simply drops into the dustbin - no hassles. 'They are so heavy though' I hear you cry, well yes they are quite heavy and if you need to get it upstairs it can be difficult, ... Read review

one hell of a suction
Review of Dyson DC07 by sexyshoff

Advantages: very powerfull
Disadvantages: long

...another, the piping on this Dyson is joined through plastic clips. This means that it can be dismantled easily. How many times in the past have you been desperately pulling attachments off the hoover arm because they seem to be superglued together by some mysterious force? I know I have. MANUAL There is a manual in 13 languages which was interesting to navigate, although not really considered essential as the Dyson Animal was so easy to assemble ... Read review

Nothing else compares
Review of Dyson DC19 by ugm6hr

Advantages: Brilliant design, Excellent suction, Well-built
Disadvantages: If I have to list one... No Turbine Head tool included

This is my second Dyson vacuum, which says a lot in itself! I have owned an alternative "bagless cyclone" vacuum, but found that none compare to the suction power of a Dyson. Just like they say on their advert, if you want something like a Dyson, get a Dyson. It certainly costs more than most vacuums, but the 5-year warranty included probably makes it worthwhile (in addition to the tremendous suction power). The good quality design continues to ...
...so will slide under almost any furniture that has a 2-inch ground clearance. Other furniture tools are standard fare, and now attach to the vacuum body (rather than as previously on the hose). The tube extends easily, without needing to be separated into 2 sections like most cylinder vacuums, which is a nice touch; it also has a sturdier feel to it than most modern equivalents. One thing I would like to see included is the Turbine Head (which is ... Read review

Dyson DC21 Motorhead
Review of Dyson DC21 Motorhead by Debbthatsme

Advantages: good suction, easy to put together, lots of attachments
Disadvantages: short cord, cheap hose, cheap plastic

I just bought a Dyson DC21 Motorhead yesterday. I must say I am a bit annoyed. First off, the cord is too short to do my stairs, secondly, the motorhead left marks on the carpet that look like a large cat left scratch marks everywhere, and the hose kept kinkying on me. I had to keep stopping to unkink it. It also seemed a bit cumbersome, and it was a pain to pull around. The hose looks and feels cheap to me, the plastic parts on the vaccum, look ...
...The Dyson DC21 does have good qualities I must add, such as; it looks high tech, it comes with lots of attachments, it sucks up great and its easy to put together. The vaccum, although it has some good features, still is a disappointment to me. I guess I do recommend it on the basis that it does a good job, but I am still considering on returning it. ...
