this hoover is ok, it fills up far too quickly though, i empty every time i use it (everyday) and with my last hoover i emptied just once every 3times i used it. it is also rather difficult to get the hoover upright and down to use it, the little step that you use is stiff, mine actually broke after 3 months of use!! the customer service is good though. but for picking up dirt it is excellent. i just think there are too many problems with it in other ... ...The spiral air flow that Hoover have designed does not let the carpet fluff etc settle and it accumulates around the filter. A service engineer has been to see the problem and says that he has no answer but suggested that we convert it to a dust bag type.The Wife does not want a bag type, so this option is no good.
