The Bissell Flip is very good! It is an excellent idea to use one appliance to quickly vacuum the floor then wash it over. I have previously used the Vax hard floor cleaner but this is much better. ...also has a nifty little upholstery brush that is really easy to use. Other cleaners have upholstery brushes but they tend to suck so hard that whatever you're cleaning disappears into the machine - this one allows you to clean without this problem.
