Dyson cleaners are always recommended highly by my friends as they last for a very long time and it is worth the money you are paying for. It is also light and easy to move around and it comes with a normal head and a mini head. ...was new. We rang Dyson customer service who said it would be around £35 to send someone to have a look at it. Personally I don't think this is adequate when you're company slogan is Doesn't lose suction. Disadvantages: filter needs cleaning every few months

I was always a bit sceptical about the claims about dyson's, until I used my mum's. I'm now a convert. I bought this one as it fitted under the stairs. Powerful and with no bags to change it make the job alot easier. The fact I had to empty the dust container three times the first time I used it to hover my house (now I only need to empty it once every other time) shows what my old vacuum had left behind.
