Advantages: Too many to mention... Disadvantages: None
...say first in praising this Vax Quicklite vacuum cleaner. Price: buying from Comet at £40 this vacuum does not break the bank.
Performance: Deals with hairs from two dogs and is excellent on hard floors as well as carpets. Sucks like a Dyson (my opinion) so for the price you can get the suction of a vacuum 6 times its price.
Ease of Use: I had this hoover up and running in 5 minutes. Advantages: Best advantage is that the handle is adjustable being ... ...is a light on board to enable your view of all that nasty dust up close, much like the old Hoovers of the seventies (loved them).
If you are after a cheap hoover with the power and additions of a much more expensive vacuum then go for the Vax Quicklite.... ...

Advantages: Excellent cleaning power, good range of tools Disadvantages: Noisy and a bit on the heavy side, hardfloor performance not to pleasing.
I decided to buy this vacuum cleaner when my old vacuum cleaner packed up. I had, for a long time, seen this in my Argos catalogue, but it was a bit over my budget at £140. When I saw this at £99.99 in Asda I bought it straight away as I knew it was the one I wanted.
Packaging It came in a large box with a few diagrams and pictures, and the normal boasting of the product. Putting it together Assembly could not have been easier. All it required me ... ...Philips screwdriver. How it looks This Vacuum cleaner is silver in colour and big in size(about a metre and 25 cm) On the floor is a head is a medium sized dial which can be adjusted on to various floor types(on the left side of the dial is hard floor and on the right is deep carpet) The handle is solid metal with a plastic kind of grip on the top, which is quite comfy On the clear bin is some large writing reading: 1900w On board tool storage Ideal ...

Advantages: First time use is okay. Disadvantages: After you have used it a few times it does not work so well.
I purchased a Vax Sahara (£219.00) because its supposed to clean hard floors. I have a big kitchen and needed something easy to use to clean my hard floor. I thought the Vax Sahara was the floor cleaner for me, and boy was I wrong. The first few times were okay it cleaned my floor but only the same as a normal mop would clean it so I was not impressed. When the blade at the bottom of the Sahara was dirty I found it hard to take off and even harder ... ...thats a joke I had all wet patches dirt lines where it could not suck anymore. All in all I think Vax Sahara's are useless and you'd be quicker with a mop and bucket. My Vax Sahara is now in the shed and as not been used for about 6 months. ...

Advantages: A simple, bombproof, highly efficient, and lovable piece of engineering. Disadvantages: Plastic hoses, no on-board stowage of accessories.
...Eventually having tried a Numatic Henry wet 'n dry which had great "suck" but no powered head I took the plunge and ordered a "Henry Hound". On arrival, and with some trepidation, I unpacked it, connected the hoses etc, put on the 24v power head [which was quite heavy] and pressed the button. My "test" lasted half an hour by which time every corner of the flat was devoid of dog hairs, dust, and even chewed wood and little bits of plastic - eureka, ... ...called Henry!
Yes,the Numatic Hound is quite expensive compared to some competitirs claiming to have twice its power. It's even more than the ordinary "Turbo" model due to the extrordinary carbon filter - but worth every penny. The "Hound" does precisely what it says on the box, and more, and is far quieter than most of its competitors. It follows you around like a love lost puppy and its trademark "Mr Henry smiley face" makes cleaning, even for ...

Advantages: Very well designed machine that does what it claims to do Disadvantages: None - though it is quite noisy
...internet when I saw an Electrolux Vitesse Petlover on sale reduced to £59.99. Well I did my homework and checked out the reviews and decided to try it out. .
Well I've owned the Electrolux Vitesse Petlover for about a month now and I can honestly say it's the best cleaner I've ever owned - Dyson doesn't hold a candle to it. It is the best designed machine I've ever used - all the tools are stored on the machine and are always close at hand and won't ... ...also has a nifty little upholstery brush that is really easy to use. Other cleaners have upholstery brushes but they tend to suck so hard that whatever you're cleaning disappears into the machine - this one allows you to clean without this problem. I really can't think of any disadvantages - though it is quite noisy but as it's so good in every other way I can happily live with this. It really is the best cleaner ever and I recommend it strongly ...
