...is it. It's a Logitech product which means it is made well and well known, which is always a bonus when buying electrical goods. I've never had any problems with the product so have never needed to get in touch with the company, but I'm sure, being the large brand that they are they would be more than helpful if anyone did have problems with it. Advantages: A nice touch to have when you are gaming.
Disadvantages: Picture quality isn't really the best but what do you want from a web cam.

This is my first experience using a webcam and all in all it has been a good one. The installation was pain free although you are advised to download the drivers from their website rather than from the cd so you can get the latest version, it took a couple of attempts but this was more to do with a poor broadband connection.
