Some people have trouble understanding this! so for example, you get you 'Genie Card' on the 13th of November, you put 10 pounds in your phone on the 13th, your tarrif thens starts from the 14th. I don’t believe that the O2 free SMS service on its website is advertised. So this is why I am writing this review today. im getting real sick of internet companies that make me have to check my bank account everyday because of the fear one day recieving a letter from my bank telling me that i have been cleaned out. Thought i found a good deal with them when i ran out of free texts (30 free per month) I saw that you can buy 30 texts for £1.50, 100 for £4.50, and 500 for a score (£20) not a bad deal if u spend alot of time in front of a vdu and keep in contact with ...
...u have a pay as u go. Anyway paid for the 100 option @ £4.50, to then find out it takes "up to 15 mins" to go through (no mention in the terms and conditions) - ok 15 mins isnt that long, 1 hour later, still not there (at least i got a confirmation note (not in e-mail form just had a ref # & a thank you - thats all) 2 hours later started searching the site for a contact number, massive site even had phone nunbers for isp's! but none for their internet ...
