I believe a business really shows it's ... ...refund and promptly sorted an alternative hotel for the same night.
If you like olde worlde hotels, four poster beds,antiques in the rooms etc and do not want to pay more than you would in Travel Lodge or Travel Inn then oldenglish.co.uk could well be up your street! ... more

I believe a business really shows it's true colours when something goes wrong.I recently checked into a hotel in Axbridge that was dissapointing and not what i expected, oldenglish gave me an instant,no quibble refund and promptly sorted an alternative hotel for the same night.
