Then the next day I received an email letting me know that I qualified for an extended promotion with this new coupon code with one-day shipping. So I placed an order and I was good to go. "Purchased an AC on Sunday after our old one burnt out. The salesman, while friendly and helpful, apparently sold me an AC I couldn't use as explained by the installer on Wednesday on phone. We exchanged the AC for the proper AC and of course more money and got an install date of Saturday. Not our fault the AC was wrong, I called n gave the saleman the specs but now had to wait again. "I placed an online order for four remote controls on Monday. The only drawback to this transaction was that nothing seemed to happen until Tuesday when I got the shipment tracking information. UPS said they were shipped this same day. The items were delivered on monday the following week. They were new in box as described and work properly.
