Advantages My computer was supposed to come with a wireless keyboard
Disadvantages No mouse and wireless keyboard came with the computer
I ordered a computer and it shipped imediately and was here within days! It stated it came with a wireless keyboard but it did not. I contacted customer service and they got back to me right away and corrected the ad so no one else would be mislead and sent me a wirless keyboard and mouse to resolve my problem. Even tho half of my order is back ordered with no date for delivery I was emailed several times about the status and given the chance to change or cancel my order. I thought that was great customer service. The part of my order that wasn't back ordered was delivered the other day. I am very very happy with this company and recommend anyone looking for electronics buy from oneclickstyle you can beat there prices!!!!"
