One click toys has done a great job with the few orders I've made. On the last one, I ordered an expensive toy cars at a very competitive price plus a discount from the store. I also paid extra for quick shipping and when I got the order sent them an e-mail because expedited shipping was not listed. They replied WITHIN 4 MINUTES and apologized that expedited shipping wasn't available for the size of the item I had ordered and gave me a refund. Very good price. It was my first time ordering from them. Shipping took its time, but that wasn't important for me. I ordered a full kit of dolls for my daughter anne for Free after Completing Survey, the details of the survey came with the item. The day I received it, I went online to fill out the survey, so to my surprise the survey was already closed. I was pissed, so I sent them an email. What a mess.... I initially wanted to purchase a robotic dinosaur for my son's birthday. Because I work away from home I needed to have the item shipped to my house rather than my billing address. The site wouldn't allow it on a first purchase but after a two hour conversation with oneclicktoys, I convinced them to allow me to send a copy of my passport as proof of person. oneclicktoys.co.uk is absolutely horrible! I placed an online order from a friend's baby registry for two items that showed 'In stock' on their website. But oneclicktoys only shipped out one of the items. And they didn't contact me at all to inform me why the other item did not ship out. The item still shows "in stock" on their website as well. When I phoned, their customer service person was very clueless and not able to help provide an ETA on the item shipping whatesoever. Ordered two Automatic car seater toys.. Easy to use website. Experience with customer service was excellent. I had credit card problems that were related to my bank, not the vendor. Fred was very pleasant, helpful, and understanding. We emailed a few times trying to troubleshoot the problem. I finally called him with a new credit card number, and that worked fine. Items shipped quickly. Well packaged. The two automatic car seater toys were what i was anticipating to get.
