I have been with Orange since the year dot, and apart from minor problems over the years had not, until the last 4/5 months had any problems worth mentioning. However when I decided to upgrade my plan, things started to go drastically wrong. I was advised which new tariff I should change to (which should have saved me money), only to find out the the plan had not been implemented. When I phoned up to query it, I was offered no apology, or refund, ... ...came in, still on the old plan, so my bill was even higher than before. When I phoned up and complained I was promised that it would be looked into and that I would be put onto the new plan. WRONG again, next bill came in, and I was STILL on the old plan. Finally they sorted it out, but AT NO TIME was I offered a refund....... ...

Orange.co.uk offer a free 10MB e-mail service which is what I mainly use the site for.
Just like other e-mail providers such as Lycos, Orange offer a free 10MB e-mail account with Outlook/Outlook Express synchronising.
There is NO spam, I have not received one spam e-mail to date. True I do not give out my e-mail address to many online companies however I have not been filled with spam e-mail by Orange unlike providers such as Hotmail and Yahoo.
... ...own website however is to advertise their products and services, which is done very well. Orange have included all of their tarrifs, talk plans and services in an easy to navigate site.
Overall I use the Orange.co.uk site mainly for their free e-mail service and would definitely recommend it. ...

I've had mobile phones since the days of the brick, and got my first one back in 1997. First I tried cellnet (now 02), then one2one (now T mobile), this is the first time I have tried orange, and I'm suitably impressed.
When ... ...the Orange shop, this is easy to find on the main home page. In the shop I chose the special offers, they are without doubt better than anything on the high street, you are given a choice of handsets, some are free and some at an additional charge, I cose the Nokia 3510 which at the time was free (sorry, I'm not sure of the names of the other handsets - they change so often!). There were a number of special deals available, offering inclusive text ...
