Advantages Pretty cheap, but on par with others if you shop around
Disadvantages No response on phones or emails, glacial-speed service
Avoid this company at all costs - even if they appear cheap.
- They take weeks to send the order (nearly 3 weeks in my case, and even then only part of the order), despite claiming that all the items were in-stock and they send stuff the same day if ordering before 2pm.- They also *never* answer the phone number provided - not once did I get through, in around 40 attempts over several days.
- Finally, they never respond to emails, and I don't believe they even read them. After being unable to get through by phone, I cancelled my order by email several times over several days after placing the order, yet part of it still turned up 3 weeks later, which was useless to me by then.I now fear that I may not get refunded my money, as I refused the delivery, but time will tell.
Avoid. Avoid.
