Disadvantages Don't like their music on hold
First of all NO I DON'T WORK FOR OUTDOORMANIA. Second I am in fact extremely satisfied with their service. I have used them since 2006 and never once had a single problem. In my experience Outdoormania's service is exemplary. I have never had a problem getting through - I don't see how you can seeing as their service is automated and although sometimes I have had to wait for up to five minutes with on-hold music, when i do get through, I have found that their customer services representatives are amongst the best I ever encountered.I shop for lots of things on the Internet and I shop for outdoor clothing at other places along with Outdoormania. Believe me there are far, far worse out there. In fact Outdoormania is the only one I return back to again and again.
I honestly cannot beleive some of the reviews on here. In my experience they are complete lies, perhaps placed by the envious competition. I do agree with some of the reviews - particularly those that say the only people that review are those that are out to knock the successfull businesses and the small minority that are unhappy. I have personally never reviewed anyone I have been happy with. Why should I? When I am happy and walk away happy, I never give it a second thought. But the reason for this review is that I do not think Outdoormania is getting a fair representation. Quite simply I believe in truth and Outdoormania isn't getting it. There are some liars and some crooks out there and whilst some might write false reviews on here for their own gain, I am sure Outdoormania isn't one of them.
