Have ordered from these people before and when I was asked to organise a ski trip for our local pub we had the idea to wear matching kit on the slopes. I called Outdoormania to ask whether they were able to do something. To say they bent over backwards was an understatement. They opened their shop late one Thursday night so we could all visit and get fitted out. Best of all they saved us all a load of money (around 80% off the High Street price). I don't know how they do it. Good service and easy to get through on the phone whereas when I have ordered on line I always receive the goods within the time-scale stated. Really cannot fault them. Great service on all counts.
