... I’ve got a number of other computer suppliers in my “Favourites” folder with much better designed sites and I think that the webmaster for pccrazy.co.uk should look at them (aria.co.uk, scan.co.uk, addonsonline.co.uk, ebuyer.com, easyetrader.com to name but 5) and start again.

Final comment on the website – Plus points are it’s clarity and simplicity. The downside is EVERYTHING else. Harsh! Perhaps, but I won’t buy off a site that takes up so much time to navigate that I feel frustrated before I get to the “Buy” button. Overall - Very poor design. ...

Advantages: Looks nice. informasjon about who to use programs Disadvantages: Too much text on products, too long to find what you are looking for.
They use to much space on their website for their hardware and software products. To use too much space ain´t always the right thing to do. They have good prices. I didn´t like the design on this website. It was too untidy and it looked very unprofessional done. They combined mac and pc´s products. Which I think would be to hard for an average user to find what he is looking for. When ordering a product you have to go to the top of hardware or software ...

Advantages: Couldn't think of any Disadvantages: Rubbish navigation, too many frames, high prices

i found the tips and tricks to be worth looking at but something of a novelty
i buy my pc parts elsewhere but am continually looking for better sites, i wont be changing from where i shop to shopping with pccrazy, they are slightly more expensive, charge higher postage ... ...general the more competition there is the better it is for us shoppers, i have not seen all the shopping options on this site as i was not going to buy anything from them, but i would assume the checkout options for a site such as this are pretty much the same as most online suppliers ...

Advantages: Easy to navigate Disadvantages: High, high price
...the RAM the price at PCCRAZY.CO.UK was £20.03 (inc del) and the CPU was on offer at £88.19 (inc del). In the case of the CPU this this in my opinion is far too high.
So the moral here would be that unless your extremely lazy or currently reside at Her Majesties Pleasure, use thos feet and walk (to save the environment) to your local independent PC store and stay clear of high street stores and online shopping. ...
