Advantages: There don't appear to be any positive aspects to report... Disadvantages: Website says goods in stock when they're not, and takes your money anyway. Not happy!
The PCONESTOPSHOP advertised that they had goods in stock that I was struggling to find elsewhere. (Hewlett Packard actually gave me their name as a stockist!) After placing a credit card order - and paying an extra £12.99 for next day delivery the goods didn't turn up. One of their phone numbers online isn't taking incoming calls; I replied to my 'order confirmation' e-mail and it bounced back (The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the ... ...the same thing. I've finally managed to speak to someone who says an error at their warehouse meant a box was incorrectly labelled, and they don't actually have the goods I wanted in stock, but judging by opinion here and elsewhere that happens an awful lot! They don't know when they'll get more stock in, so I want my money back... anyone taking bets on whether I'll get it?
UPDATE: DECEMBER 2009 - Credit where credit is due, a refund was processed ...

However they still took money out of my account for the out of stock item! If that wasn't bad enough, once they ... ...back! I emailed them 7 times and called them twice demanding my money back. They claimed they hadn't received my emails (Despite sending them from 2 different accounts to make sure they weren't be spam filtered), and despite being promised over the phone that a refund would be processed straight away, it wasn't. I later contacted my bank's fraud department and they helped get my money back. I was so glad my bank was willing to help me with this or ...

Advantages: No advantages at all Disadvantages: -They don't own the items they put on the site(if a they exist...) -No one answers to you
I ordered a mobo 1 month ago... I Asked for tracking number...get no answer,never. I Phoned to the number written in the site...a non existing call number... Still sending emails...no answer... A bunch of robbers. I'm trying to open a cause of fraud with police,becose they don't own the items they tell you to have in stock(Your sist*r is in stock f*c*ing robber). They will not send to you anything... Better they wake up early...or escape from europe...the ... ...to give back all the money stolen from customers. Watch out also from the Ebay shop(They have also an ebay shop,same person...it is always him in every thing regarding pconestopshop sh*it, VALATECH is the name to avoid). In other words...A Fake Stay AWAY from valatech and pconestopshop...and spread the word all around internet...they'll pay ...

Advantages: Good prices Disadvantages: Everything else - stock level, customer services, delivery, etc.
I found at least two online shops operating from the same company: www.pconestopshop.com www.onestoppcshop.co.uk But I'm pretty sure it's more in this group. Biggest disapointment - it's a 'virtual stock' seller, i.e. they do not have anything in stock, but order the item when you order it from them. So even if their website says it's 'in stock' and promises the 'next day delivery', expect to wait at least for one week for the product to be delivered. ...

I ordered and paid for a Canon Powershot A470 camera on Thursday, having found this website (pconestopshop.com) on the Google Search Engine. I paid an extra £12.99 for next day delivery (to arrive on the Friday) as it was my daughter's birthday on the Saturday. Firstly, no email was received confirming purchase. We telephoned Friday morning, still no email, just a verbal confirmation that the camera would arrive by 4pm that day. No camera arrived ... ...Saturday morning (our daughter's birthday), no camera has arrived and we have left two messages and asked for a full refund...watch this space... I have never left feedback or written a review like this but I feel so frustrated and annoyed by this whole experience and would not want others to go through the same. ...
