I have recently purchased our 3rd office PC from www.pcoption.co.uk

I was speaking to the guys today at www.pcoption.co.uk and I have offered my review to help promote their business.

So here it is.

In April 2004 I purchased our first office PC from PC Option. I recall their website at the time. It was very easy to navigate but was not the best designed. I suppose they were just starting out so I can't complain.

The PC system purchase at the time was "risky". I had only ever heard bad reviews about buying online and I was concerned the product would not be what's advertised on screen etc. I scanned the PC and its hardware. I was happy that everything I selected was included. The XP software installed was configured in my name and all the windows updates and activation had been carried out. All I had to do was use the machine.

Our office runs CAD. Its very graphic intensive so I waited about 6 months before I decided to update number 2 PC. The system this time was even better than the first I ordered. The cabling inside was much neater than the PC I first purchased. I could see this company was going places. Anyway without going on and on. One of the PC's stopped working after about a year and half.

PC option collected the PC and swapped the power supply. I only had to pay £13 for the carriage back to them. The PC was returned within 6 days. Since then it's ran like a dream.

Over the years I have run to ask for help and always found them to very helpful. I also requested a call back and they called me back that afternoon.

This week I decided to upgrade one more of our PC systems at the office. I spent £1200 with PC option this week. They have given me free shipping on this order so I'm very happy.

I know you can't always trust internet companies but you can trust www.pcoption.co.uk
