I started off with the Pets Pyjamas website just about a year ago, September 2001. They had a fantastic free offer on at the time via the website - apply for free pet insurance valid for a certain amount of time (around 3 or 6 months), so I applied for my two cats. A couple of weeks later, my cat, Bob, got bitten by a dog. I first came across this site when I was looking for a special toy for my cat. When I entered the website I found three different shops under the Shopping section, pets pyjamas, animail and a pet bookshop. I decided to use this company as i had seen the store advertised on tv and decided to give it a try. I have ordered from this website a couple of times now and im not happy at all! I find pets pyjamas very expensive compared to other online pet stores. The delivery is quite expensive too -almost £4.00 but is free on orders over £45.00. The company also take quite a while to deliver, around 4 days before i received my purchases. Having placed my last order with the company in october, im still waiting for a refund on a product i did not order! Thats almost 5 months for them to sort out a refund ... more
