HOW TO ORDER
-Via the Website- You can enter the catalogue order code on the website or browse for even more products by searching the categories. But please note you will have to register before you can purchase anything from the site.
-Via the Phone- You can telephone your order trhough on 0845 080 2288 which is charged at the local rate.
-Via Post- Fill out the order form at the back of the catalogue and post it to the freepost address.
-Via Fax- Fill out the order form and fax it to: 0113 201 8100.
When purchasing some types of medicines you will either have to enter some information on the website or fill in a questionnaire on the order form. This is because Pharmacy2U have qualified pharmacists who chick the orders and make sure that the medicine you have ordered is appropriate for you. If they are not sure whether it is the right product they will suspend your order and contact you either by telephone or by email to ask you further questions, when they are completely sure it is the correct treatment for you they will release the order.
DELIVERY For orders over £40 delivery is free, for orders under this the charge is £2.50 per order. Delivery is usually 1 working day after receipt of the order and most medicines will be delivery by recorded delivery. I have always received my order within two working days – they have not been late once.
PRESCRIPTIONS Pharmacy2U are able to fill NHS and private presciptions these are delivered to your door for free. I have never used this service so I won’t comment on it.
THE WEBSITE A quick note about the website. It is well laid out and has a menu system to guide you around the products. You will notice that there is a bigger range of products on the website than in the catalogue, so if possible always look at the website first, you may find a bargain.
Also on the website there is a Health Info section, this gives you advice on two types of problems. 1: Common Ailments: including pain, coughs and colds, digestive problems, female ailments, embarassing problems, mouth problems, skin problems, eyes and ears.
There is symtoms, remedies and self help as well as links to treatments within the website.
2: Alternative Health: this is Armomatherpy and Homeopathy; it outlines what the type of natural alternative it is, how it works and what conditions it may help.
On the website you are also able to change your account details and view your order history. You will get an email when your order has been received and another when it as been dispatched.
THE VERDICT
Pharmacy2U is a good source of medicines and other items that you would normally go to the chemist for. The pricing of the products is competitive, although the delivery charge is quiet high, but most items are sent recorded delivery and that makes up for it. Service is fast and I’ve never had any problems with them.
If you can’t get down to the chemist or you are too embarassed to, then Pharmacy2U is just for you.

Advantages: It is simple to use, you can buy a lot of things and it is extremely convenient! Disadvantages: You wouldn't be able to buy emergency medicines here, as delivery takes two days.
