I bought a television from Pixmania and found the sound on it to be useless. Pixmania were happy to offer refund but I had to post the television back to them at my own cost. I didn't mind that until I discovered the only way to send it was by Insured/Parcelforce and the return address was in France - Cost 45.59 GBP plus insurance. No! I would not recommend them and would never use them again. There are after all plenty of other online retailers within the UK offering good deals. Dabs .com for instance. ...

This is quit simply the worst internet company I have ever come across. There is no after sales service at all. I have never received a reply to and email even when I sent a formal letter of complaint. I have sent a total of 4 or 5 emails with no reply. I have never been called back even when I asked to speak to a supervisor to complain and was assured of a call back . All over the web site it says "refund" for zen engagement this is misleading ...

The website appears to be uk but is in fact based in France and there for having all the after sales service problems. And no uk consumer rights. After reading some very poor reviews about Pixmania I must admit I was really worried and concerned last Monday as on the Friday before I had ordered a Pansonic Lumix camera for a too good to be true price. However I have been pleasantly surprised - the camera was ordered on the Friday evening and I received the confirmation email and was updated regularly with up to date details of what was happening - my parcel was delivered on Weds (less than a week after ordering) - it was for the UK market so had english plug and instructions. I must admit was worried this would not be the case after reading reviews however it clearly states on the site with regards to this. Would definitely use PIxmania again. ...

I can only echo adverse comments about Pixmania- and a trawl of review and price comparison web sites indicates alot of unhappy UK customers. Cheap yes, but no customer service if things go wrong so look elsewhere and save yourself some potential grief. PXMANIA SENT ME A EMPTY DAMAGED BOX, I COMPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES ( I HAVE COPIES OF 30+ EMAILS).
