This is the worst online store I have met. First of all you are not informed about their activities. From two items I have purchased only one was sent. After some time I was interested about the second one, and they informed me that it is out of stock and will be available in ca. 10 days. I told them explicitly, that I want to be informed about it, but it was useless. Second, the carrier they use is not reliable. In my case it was BPost International. They made one delivery attempt, and then a week did nothing, unless I have contacted them. The customer service department is not doing anything... you get just words. After another two weeks of waiting I have contacted them about my second item and got the same answer: "Unfortunately the product is now temporarily out of stock and the manufacturer has provided us with a provisional restock date for ...", and offered me to wait another two weeks. To finish this endless procedure I had to cancel my order. This store is useless... if something happens (delays, returns, ...) you'll get big problems.

I am not really any the wiser about this website, as you don't really give us any indication about what they sell; their prices, and so on.
