I have found after using the channel a great deal that as soon as I had a problem getting a refund things became very difficult. I did not ever get the refund because I did not return the correct form! Everything should be traceable but the staff are like robots, constantly reading from a script, very obvious. They now do not use a starting price as most electricals (not all) are their own brand so that was meaningless (basically a con). They repeat a great deal and I am very sceptical of their claims. My advice use with great caution, I personally would never use them again. Although odd products were good value most were not. ...

Hi. I've been watching price-drop tv for a while now and today they had a special sat nav for £19.99 4 times. Each of the times the number didn't work or it came up with 'sorry this product is out o stock' even when it said there was some left. Aldo still charging about £2 a call each time just to get this message. I tried ringing the customer service number but spoke to someone and they hung up when i said i wanted to complain. Price-drop tv and the other channels like this are a complete fix and i will never use them again. ...

I have made a payment for the hands free car kit only to be told on the phone they could not spell my address and someone would ring me back i am still waiting for that call and probably won't get the item i have paid for will have to get some advice on getting my money back ...

I was recently divorced after 35 yrs marriage and had to set up a new home, a pretty daunting task. . I found Price-drop Tv and have been able to get a lot of things. ie: Memory Foam mattress topper. I haven't slept so well in ages, satin bedding sets, Egyptian Cotton Towels (a must). I think my all time favourite buy is my Elitech Food Steamer, and of course my Sonic Flakeaway Toothbrushes.
