I saw a product that would make an ideal birthday present for my nephew and followed the screen instructions and made a succesful bid. At the end i was told that someone would phone me back to take payment details, this is not made clear when bidding.After waiting half an hour for the call i had to go out.They phoned over an hour later and were given a time to ring back when i would be in. They said they could not do that and would ring back at their convenience.It has know been 2 days and they have still not contacted me. I do not have contact details for them so am unable to do so. I dont know if i should wait for their call or go and buy my nephew an alternative present. POOR SERVICE.
I can help you on this... Price drop tv belongs to Bid up tv. If you go to the bid-up.tv website, there is the telephone number for their customer services. Now when your ring them make sure you have ages to spare as sometimes I have waited ages. Also watch your bank account as I pay with solo and they always take double out and put one amount back 3 days later and I have told them about this but it still happens. Also be wary of some of the products, I recently bought a bike from them and when I took it Halfords they were not impressed with the quality. On the other hand I have bought goods that have been marvellous.
This is what happens when you buy from your tv, if they have large auctions its takes a while for them to ring you. They will try and ring you on a mobile if you have given it to them but if you dont answer then your bid will be cancelled. This has happened a few times to me when I have gone out and not taken the mobile with me..
