I first came across their products as long ago as the 50’s and 60’s, when I lived at Dunbar Golf Club in bonny Scotland, where my late mum and dad were steward and stewardess, and my late uncle the club professional. (It’s called ... ...of the directors of Pringle was a club member at Dunbar, and so it was not until I left home that I really started to appreciate the quality of the knitwear produced by this company, as I got the shock of my life when I actually had to purchase something at full retail price.
