Well where do I start. Firstly it's worth reading my other review. That's where the story begins. I phoned printerbase after receiving bad service from one of their competitors. I already knew that the Phaser 7400 was the machine I wanted but I just wanted that bit of extra reassurance. Well printerbase were brilliant. ...the price list. I chose to have a two man Xerox delivery. Cost only a bit extra but they turned up, took the machine up TWO flights of stairs, installed all the consumables, had coffee while I got an unlocking pin from printerbase and showed me the machine working. ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS. I am now a huge printerbase fan and have got a wonderful Phaser 7400 printer on a cost per click agreement that I think will work perfectly for me. Charles ...

Service was great. Product was shipped in time and I received it within 48 busines hours, i.e., 2 working days. Invoice was shipped separately, and I was a little frustrated that it didnt' arrive with the printer, and there was no indication as to whether it would arrive separately or not, but it did.
