I've had a look on my phone and i'm struggling to see what you mean? If you are talking about one of the little appilcations on the Home page then click on the little arrow on the bottom right corner and you can drag the different applications in and out, first you have to be sure that it isn't locked and you wil know if it is because the little keylock will either be red or green, red indicating that it's locked, all you have to do is click it.
