I ordered for first time from I.W. Over10 days later I've not received my order. Please help, I'm worried.

I ordered some scarf laces more than 10 days ago. I gave all my details to man on phone and paid by credit card. I am getting worried as this is the first time I've used a shopping channel.

I still have not received my order. My shopper no. is 7222966.

I hope you can reassure me that I will receive what I have paid for. Thank you.

Hello Joy,
I have not used them personally, but after reading some of their reviews, it doesn't look promising. I think they're unlikely to steal your credit card details, but they do seem to be very poor at processing orders. One solution is to bombard them with e-mails and phone calls, requesting for a refund.
I would also suggest you remove your address from the question, as it's best to minimise personal details put on the internet.
