How to change VAT Rate

I know silly question but trioed everything to change VAT rate wont do it.

Can anyone help ? It did freeze the other day and would not switch on so had to hit the reset button on back ....

Hi, it's not a silly question at all - it took me ages to find the answer....
Press the following keys for 20%...
2 0 RATE TAX+ =
Done!
