How do I reactivate my three account as its suspended

I signed up to three 2 weeks ago, then changed my address 2 days into my contract. Then last thursday three suspended my account as it was under investigation. They said i needed to send in proof of my new address which is ridiculous as they could of informed me of this when i changed my address. I have been calling non stop and sent off over 30 emails( with proof of id) to different addresses and I have still not recieved any word back.
