the main tricks to lower your car insurance are to, check all price comparison websites, add you're parents to the policy, check independent insurance companies, such as direct line and avviva, and to always keep milage low, also try the companies such as the co-operative box service, when they fit a tracking box and your job title, job titles actually lower it.
I am 21 and have just renewed my car insurance. I am fully comp on a 1.4 16V Renault Megane, this costs me little over £500.There are a few tricks to use when getting car insurance:

2. Annual mileage (keeping it low) keeping your car in a garage (even if its not)
3. Add someone as a named driver.
4. Finally, say you have a better offer, can they match it?
