questions that will b asked at an interview for hca
i have been short listed for an hca job in a nhs hospital i have worked in the private sector for almost ten years but this is my first interview at a nhs hospital dont know wot to expect.
They will probably ask why you want the role, what can you bring to the team, how you would deal with a challenging patient or patient's relative, what would you do if you saw a fellow HCA bullying a patient, about patient confidentiality etc Good luck!
