Answer this question

I recommend talking to your company human resources personnel and file a complaint
against your supervisor.

Hello jesscat2008, I am sorry to hear that you are being bullied by your supervisor. I was in the same situation a few years ago. I found that if you ask them what's wrong right when they are being mean to you, it will at the very least catch them off gard and imbarrass them. At the most they will open up and tell you what there problem is. Remember though that knowone can take your power without you giving it to them. Its not you its them!

So sorry to hear that you are being bullied :/

If you go onto the Asda website there is a helpline you can call and if you talk to someone about this they can put you through to the right people. If they say on the phone that you need to talk to your manager, explain how he/she doesn't care to help you at all.

Remember this - they need you more than you need them....you can walk out of that job and into another asda within a week!

Good luck x

I'm sorry for your bullying problems at work, but www.ciao.co.uk is a consumer review site and will not be able to help you with personnel problems at Asda.

You need to speak to the Personnel Department at Asda and ask for help. If you cannot find out from other employees or your line manager how to contact them, then try using their website at http://www.asda.jobs/contact-us Good luck and I hope you manage to get some help.
