Can the points accrued on a deceased relative's card be transferred, or are they lost for ever?

I work for Boots, and no, they cannot usually be transferred. However, it might be worth giving customer services a ring to see what they say, although I have had people ask before and my manager has said they are unfortunately lost unless you use the card yourself in store to redeem them for items.
