Although I don't actually own this product, from my experience all screens are supported by Windows because Windows 7 detects your screen resolution and configures itself correctly. You may have to install some drivers or something (unlikely), but I'm almost certain you'll be able to use it.

Yes it is compatible with Windows 7. Even if you don't have drivers for windows 7 it should work. Windows 7 will have no problem in detecting the right drivers for this monitor, just be sure to have installed the latest video card drivers. You shouldn't have any compatibility problems whit this product.
