Have you heard about a web based company called Tamariu info (http://tamariu.info/)?

Have engaged with website owners and they have confirmed availability and now require a 20% deposit with the remainder being paid in cash on arrival at the apartment. The latter amount being paid in cash is unusual and has raised my suspicions as to whether this website (http://tamariu.info/) is authentic? Website looks real etc, however cannot find any reviews for it (i.e. on Tripadvisor). Can you please let me know if you have heard of them?
