After scanning the internet the only information I can find is that there is no car park available which was stated on booking.com here is the link - http://www.booking.com/hotel/lv/monte-kristo.en.html
I would email the hotel and enquire on the nearest and cheapest parking because they may know of some cheap or free car parking spaces.
