A product unboxed usually means you get the exact same product just without the original box it normally get delivers in.
Normally as well I've found is if a product is unboxed you can normally get the product cheaper.
It means exactly what it says that the product does NOT come in the original box so therefore cannot be sold in retail shops. Often they are the testers used in shoos so you can sometimes get a larger bottle for less money. They are the same perfume and quality just without the pretty box so I am always happy to buy them.
An un-boxed product will usually be a fair amount cheaper than it's boxed counter-part. The most simple answer is: one perfume is boxed, so it much more saleable in a shop-floor environment where the box catches the consumers eye; not the actual product. Said un-boxed counterpart will come un-boxed, or possibly in a plain white box - but the concept is the same: it won't be in the original packaging.
The quality should be the same.
