Ring up or walk into your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. This is exactly what they are there for! Remember that pharmacists are the experts in drugs, that's their entire business, and they are always very happy to advise you on things like medication interactions. I often ask mine for advice of this sort, and they're always great.

Ask the pharmacist or your GP before you buy it. They will know if it affects any of the other medication you are already taking.

Hi,

Kalms is a herbal remedy so it's not very likely that it will cause adverse effects when mixed with medication. However, it still can in some circumstances so you MUST check your specific medication with your doctor, especially for heart conditions.

There is no need to book an appointment, a quick phone call to your local surgery will give you your answer.
