One2One is now T-Mobile. You should call T-Mobile from a landline or another mobile. It's worth noting that if you haven't used the sim card for 180 days (roughly 6 months) the credit will have automatically expired. As One2One ceased in 2002, it's unlikely a One2One sim will still have credit.

hello there you have to go to ther website and call their customer care number and give them your phone number and they will give you PUK number

hi the only way to do this is to phone one 2 one or do it over the internet.that is because it is blocked from puting the wrong pin in too many times.
