maybey try ebay. but if you want product for free then type it in a search engine and print it off then staple it together. Its not the original but it will work fine to get the information so you no how to use it.

http://www.belling.co.uk/microwaves doesnt have them but it does have a "contact us" section that you can contact for a direct answer from the store

Hi, Have you tried Belling to see if they have copies of the instruction manual? Their customer care line is Customer Care 0844 815 3746. I don't think copies are available on the internet.
