I would say big No for this as everybody has rights to live their own life and by interfering in one's life is like creating nuisance in their life as we dont have right for doing so. To encash money people do so but never think the fate of them two who are capturedjust for encashing it for money.
Absolutely not necessary at all - it sounds to me like just a puerile way to encourage people to go looking for these photos. You don't need to kill someone to know that killing is wrong, you don't need to sleep with children to know that paedophilia is wrong and you don't need to see the photos to know that climbing a tree miles away and shooting them with a superlong lens is also WRONG.

IHonestly, I believe in freedom of speech, and freedom of press, especially when you think about how when someone starts censorship, it is a slippery slope as to when is the appropriate time to stop? On the other hand, looking at the context; prince Harry was drunk, in Vegas, partying with 'the lads', he must have expected it to some degree? While in Kate's case, she was in a private hotel, and perhaps the photographer is to fault?
