My first occasion to use this supplier of projectors and AV equipment - what a pleasure! I needed to get this item delivered quickly, so I contacted the company by telephone. Although it was Tuesday afternoon I was assured that it could be delivered at no extra cost by Friday, so I placed the order online with the comment "Please despatch A.S.A.P.!! I have had this excellent and reasonably priced projector for 2 weeks now and have used it for two presentations. I am extremely pleased with the performance, clarity of picture and ease of use. I have also shown DVDs through the projector using my Apple MacBook Air and again I found it easy to set up and the clarity of the film was excellent. I also managed to use my iPhone as the remote for my presentation, and this along with the clear pictures made it a pleasure to present with. I required a 220mm x 124mm screen for my recently purchased projector. I looked at several makes and suppliers on the web and eBay. The more I searched, the more confused I became. Then I came across Projectorshop24. Their website is excellent and my queries were answered promptly and accurately by their helpful staff. In particular Annette Mills and Ed Middleton. They can supply a range of screens from manual to electric. When they say 'in stock' they mean it and delivery (from Germany) was prompt and tracked via UPS. This is the first time I have used this company and would highly recommend. I initially order a replacement bulb for a projector and even though the bulb was correct for the projector it would not fit in the housing module (my projector was an older unit. I called the helpdesk and eventhough this company is outside the UK, the girl on the helpdesk (Ania) was fantastic. She arranged for me to return the bulb and arranged for a replacement bulb and housing assembly unit to be sent out. If only all customer service was this good !! Fantastic Service.
