Having spent hours trawling through the search engines, price comparison web sites and consumer reviews I finally came across this strangely named site (on here I think although google has been used so much I may owe them credit). They offer an above average level of cover for sane money without a ludicrous excess or bizarre loopholes which would prevent you ever making a claim. The terms and conditions are worded in pretty clear language which even ... ...out there but by the time you get through a ludicrous excess or long turn around periods (up to six weeks in some cases) this seemed about the best value. I haven't made a claim with them but if their terms and conditions and testimonials are to be believed and as they are underwritten by the big boys I can't see an issue. ... more

I value my mobile phone I couldn’t be without it!! So I took a look on the internet for a company that could provide me with insurance for my mobile.
There is lots of talk in the press about mobile phone theft being on the increase all over the UK, also about people trying to make claims for lost or stolen mobiles on their home insurance.
I came across www.punkndoll.co.uk via one of the search engines, Google I think?, anyway my first impression ... ...insurance web site! I would really like to know the story behind that one!
I also took a look at CUSC who claim to be the first company in the UK to provide mobile phone insurance cover direct to the end-user, but that doesn’t necessarily make them the best.
The policy offered by Punkndoll covers water damage, theft, loss, fraudulent calls, international cover, extended warrantee and accidental damage and... if you don’t make a claim they will ...

I spend quite some time looking around the web for mobile phone insurance websites, when you come across a name like "PunknDoll" you just have to take a look! What a mad wicked name! They have nice website that is easy and fast to navigate, all the information is clear and you can easily find the terms and conditions - important! which seemed to be OK to me.
Anyway, I saved the punkndoll website in my favourites and went off again looking for other ... ...for mobile phone insurance! I certainly wouldn't buy from them! If the websites a mess, whats the service like? Anyway to cut a long story short.. I went back to PunknDoll and filled in the online form to get my phone protected, it was easy and it worked fine, my mobile was covered instantly and I'm happy!
I have since then recommended Punkndoll to a few people, its certainly a name I wont forget in a hurry! ...
