Living overseas, it is hard to get some tried and trusted products, household goods, clothes, shoes, gardening items, household linen - the list is endless! but, as long as it is not too heavy, or a fresh productor foodstuffs, you can get it at QVC.UK and they will send to Europe. Have shopped at QVC for several years and am generally pleased with the items purchased. However during the last 6 months the delivery has been simply terrible and as a result I declined to do any Xmas shopping with them. Nothing has arrived within 10 days - most nearer a month. I ordered a Kim and Co two-piece and only the top has arrived, still no skirt 2 weeks on. QVC, this is not good enough please chase up your couriers. The fault seems to lie with Royal Mail. Has anyone else had this problem? ...

QVC was founded in 1986 by Joseph Segal and began broadcasting in the USA in November of that year followed by the UK in 1993. Germany in1996 and Japan in 2001. I first came across QVC when I bought a freeview box and started flicking through the channels. At first I didn't see anything very interesting but carried on flicking over the next few weeks and one day found a show that did appeal to me and started watching and from then on I was a convert!. ...
...are you"but now even he has been known to watch the odd show as well as bought things. More accurately he has asked me to order them and he would pay for them. At Christmas/ birthday times he'll ask if i've seen anything on QVC I want and if I have then that saves him the bother of trying to guess what to get me . You have 30 days to try out your purchases and if for whatever reason you're not happy you just send them back. That applies to everything ...

I'm not a fan of QVC. They sent me a random bag when I ordered clothes and when I called to tell them they'd sent the wrong thing, they said they'd have to send me a label to return the bag I hadn't ordered and then they would send the clothes. Not very trusting of their customers, as someone probably received my clothes and they could check this for themselves and send on my clothes. Two weeks on after sending the bag back there's no sign of the clothes and I've missed the party I was going to wear them at! Not impressed. ...
