Ok I have to start by saying i love qvc. I love the jewellery, I love the craft shows and I especially love the beauty products.

QVC online is fantastic, it allows me to look at all the products I love any time of the day, even when im at work and there's no tv in sight. It also means that if i've got a show that I especially like then i can look on the site before hand and get an idea of anything that I'm interested in.

The prices are fantastic, a lot of QVC products can be found in specialised high street stores at a greater price so i love shopping online at QVC.

There are only 2 pitfalls of the site in my opinion. The first is the delivery times. 5-7 working days is quite a long time to wait especially if your looking forward to trying out the latest in beauty technology or getting your hands on that gorgeous bracelet you orderded.

The second problem is that sometimes the website can be very slow especially when it is a peak time for example saturday afternoon.

The website is very easy to use, the products are broken down into catagories or you can use the search box to type in a product number or brand to find exactly what you're looking for.

There is also a 'my account' section where you can track your orders and see every purchased item on your account (which is not a good thing when you start adding them up and realise that you could have bought a car or a small villa in spain :S)

All in all this is an easy to use and accessable website with fantastic value products.
