I was recently pushed in the general direction of QXL when a friend heard me moaning about how much wine costs nowadays. I logged on to QXL only to find that you can actually bid on cases and half cases of wine, red, white and mixed. At first, when I saw the prices they were going for, I thought there would be a catch. Then I received a case of Australian Chardonnay from a supplier and it was valued at £50. I on the other hand only paid £7 plus postage and packaging. Although this has done wonders for my bank balance, my head is a little sore!
