I joined Goricardo last year and found this to be a better auction site than QXL. The trouble with QXL I found was that it takes forever to list an item. Goricardo was very fast. Now though Goricardo has teamed up with QXL and the site is no longer taking any new customers which is a shame. QXL has probably hired the Goricardo team to beef its site up. This has to be one of the best layouts of an auction site. It is ever so easy to use and there are many features available. What i cant understand is why there are hardly any users. They all seem to be going to QXL even though it costs to use QXL. Go Ricardo is free and provides a very good service. Once QXL gets ahead every body will keeop going there and no one will catch them although the new aucland site looks promising. I just cant see why no ...

Goricardo is one of the smaller less known auction sites. To be honest I hadn’t heard of it before until I wanted to sell something and I did a search in Yahoo for online auctions, otherwise I would normally go to the big names of QXL, Ebay and perhaps FiredUp.
As the number of users is lower for this auction site it makes it good for buyers but poor for sellers. The more exposure a good gets the highier the bids. This site has offered some good ...

As a self-confessed addict of auction sites, I added Goricardo.uk to my internet "favourites" even BEFORE the site actually opened! (I know. It's sad!) But I have to say that Goricardo falls a long way short of what I consider to be the best auction site...Ebay.Com. Why? Well for one I find the site itself unreliable...quite often I get an "Internal Server Error" when I'm browsing the site. I don't know what it means but it's very annoying. The site ... ...example if look at the items for which the auction is about to finish, you can get 10, 20 even 30 pages of stuff which is all very similar (loads of injet cartridges, cd singles or motor cars for example). If you're not paricularly interested in these items, they just have a nuisance value. I suspect too many professional traders are using Goricardo, whereas I find the most interesting stuff, is often sold by individuals (You know the sort of thing..an ...
