AVOID THIS COMPANY. Like so many of the others who have reported on REDSTORE, on this and other review sites iI wanter to preorder Wondow 7. REDSTORE were offering Windows 7 Professionai at £99.00. Athough I would have to pay up front and wait for the softare the company seemed trustworthy. Therefore I ordered and paid for my software then after a long wait was told that they wanted £150 50% more than agreed. They cancelled the order (I am waiting ... ...money. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I emailed them and complained that they had entered into written contract and received a very dismissive "Tough Luck" type reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Windows 7 is now released. Due to REDSTORE I have missed the opportunity to obtain a pre release copy at a good price. Thank you very much REDSTORE- I DON'T THINK. AVOID THIS COMPANY. ...

I decided to purchase an SSD from them last month which initally was said to be in available. Prior to choosing to buy from Redstore I'd researched the availabity of this item and found it to be out-of-stock with all other retailers so I was sceptical it was really available at what was the cheapest price I'd found. Advantages: Customer service via email is great Disadvantages: Customer service by phone is crap
...but i can let them off due to the speed at which they resolved the problem.
i will be going back to them in a hurry and i will happily recommend them to friends / family / and other fellow computer builders.
