Advantages loads of various agencies adverising, free to advertise for agencies

Disadvantages no ability to see when the jobs were posted

Reed.co.uk is my favourite of the recruitment websites out there, the fact they offer a free service to agencies to advertise there positions on the website via the FreeCruit section means there is a constantly updated list of vacancies!

The service from the website itself is very fast and throws out exactly what you ask from the searches, searching itself is very easy.

On the left hand side of the main screen is drop down boxes where you can pick the various search criterias, and when you've found them, if your registered all you have to do is click 'apply online' and if your registered it sends out your contact details and CV to the agencies advertising. This is ideal for applying for as many jobs as you can in as short a time as possible.

The only piece of infomation I can give is don't apply for too many jobs in one go, because you will regret it the next day when companies are telephoning you up to get more infomation on you!

The registration process is pretty fast, and only the basic infomation is needed, although they do ask you to upload a CV so its best to have one of them prepared before uploading, for help in compiling a CV, check out the tips on the Employment Service website at www.employmentservice.gov.uk

All in all this is the best recruitment site, although the one thing thats lacking is the ability to see when the jobs were added, so you may be applying for the same jobs over the period of a few days.
